About the Author
I'm a born-and-bred Torontonian (hence the domain). I work at System Apex Inc., a technology incubator that I founded and hope to grow into something special. I only speak one human language fluently. However, I've spent my life learning countless computer ones: C, C++, Objective-C, C#, VB.NET, VBScript, PHP, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, and SQL to name a few. I've had the fortunate opportunity to work on websites for some of the biggest names in the online industry including AOL, Fox Interactive, and Sympatico/MSN. And I've had the pleasure to work with a number of talented people along the way. In my spare time, I enjoy getting my hands greasy crewing for a Formula Ford racing team, keeping up with the newest LOLcats-like fads on the Internet, pretending to be a student again by using MIT's OpenCourseware, kicking back on XBox Live!, and every so often trying to commit to a workout routine (although this time I really mean it;-) ).
